Gato Negro Sauvignon Blanc – Incredible tropical fruit aroma and hints of mango and pineapples. Excellent for paring with appetizers, fish and seafood.
Gato Negro Carmenère – A pleasant wine, ample, velvety, medium-bodied, with a pleasing finish, a different wine capable of surprising the consumer with its first impression. Spices, mild green pepper, some tobacco, very fruity and fresh.
Gato Negro Chardonnay – Fresh fruit aromas of banana, peach, and pineapple. Excellent paired with oily fish, lobster, and white meat.
Gato Negro Shiraz – A perfect balance between the alcohol content, level of acidity and gentle tannins. A round wine, well bodied, with medium persistence.
Gato Negro Malbec – Silky tannins, coming subtly from the forefront and giving a lingering finish. Intense, rich in blackcurrant, vanilla and subtle spicy flavors.
Gato Negro Cabernet/Merlot – Incredible fruit aromas of plums, raspberries, blackberries and hints of vanilla and chocolate. Excellent paired with grilled red meats and all types of cheeses and hams.
Gato Negro Moscato – Is a sweet wine with a pleasant acidity that balances and gives a fresh feeling. Ideal to drink as an aperitif or to accompany fruit or creamy cheese based deserts.
